Meet Jeremy

Jeremy has always seen things a little differently. It started with the fact that he never saw his missing leg as a "disability."

At his first track meet, a stranger asked what his disability was. Jeremy didn't stick around to chat—he just turned and walked away. To him, there was nothing to explain. It wasn't about what was missing; it was just a different way of getting the job done.

That mindset was built on a Texas Panhandle farm. Jeremy grew up hauling feed, walking pigs, and figuring out how to scale a fence with one leg. Fence-climbing might not win you a Gold Medal, but it teaches you something much more valuable: A challenge isn't a stop sign; it’s just something you have to find a way around.

That farm-boy grit is what took Jeremy from the dirt roads of Texas to the top of the Paralympic podium. Today, he’s a 5-time champion and a multiple World Record holder. He was the first person in history to throw a discus over 60 meters—a distance people said was physically impossible for someone with his "limitations."

That relentless drive for excellence earned him national recognition beyond the stadium, including two ESPY Award nominations and winning the ESPY for Best Male Athlete with a Disability.

But Jeremy will be the first to tell you that the medals and awards aren't the point. Gold gets dusty. The real win is the Standard you set for yourself.

Jeremy doesn't show up to give a "feel-good" speech about getting through hard times. He shows up to help you find your own "World Record Mindset." Whether he’s talking to a gym full of students or a room of executives, his message is simple: Stop fighting your circumstances and start mastering your approach. You’re capable of a whole lot more than you think—you just have to stop believing the limits people try to hand you.
